Job Description

Be involved in financial budgeting and to support the transport operations, logistic and asset maintenance plan to be aligned with company\xe2\x80\x99s goal and vision Market research and provide information on feedback and to develop strategic plans to achieve individual targets and contribute to the overall goals of the company Work closely with other associates/suppliers in order to prospect, identify and create new business opportunities Establish relationship with customers and understand customers\' requirements and to develop possible solutions to customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction as well as the business results. Prepare monthly reports on transport operation and service teams for review and submission to management and clients. Responsible in accounts management of existing clients including new customer in invoicing, quotation, payment claim and negotiation with clients to secure potential contract and sales Assist in tender\xe2\x80\x99s submission as to review tender specifications, preparation of proposal for submission to tender of new projects/contracts Provide support to logistics/transportation services by arranging, scheduling, and assigning fleet management including to monitor and ensure all services are delivered in timely manner. Ensure department\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedure in compliance with transportation services and to be carried out accordingly

Requirements Candidate must possess at least professional certificate in Diploma/Nitec in Logistics / Transportation or equivalent in business field. Must have a strong passion and be committed to task assigned. Has good interpersonal skills, strong initiative, positive attitude, and team oriented Able to work independently, multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Excellent spoken, written communication & negotiation skills At least 2 years working experience in transportation development environment
