Job Responsibilities

Business Administration Operations

Communicate requirements and activities to stakeholders Participate in value-based culture and a culture of accountability in the organisation Adhere to organisation's governance, compliance issues and reporting processes Adhere to organisation's data governance and protection processes Work with allocated resources within business activities Apply operational policies, standards and procedures Perform basic risk assessment Support the department in incident or crisis management initiatives

Business Process/Continuous Improvement

Perform continuous improvement activities Apply environmental protection procedures Perform activities to improve quality of logistics services

Safety and Health

Perform WSH activities to ensure personal compliance to requirements Perform safety and health risk assessment Report WSH incidents Highlight WSH shortcomings in existing processes

Technology Application

Assist application of latest technology to improve operations in own work areas Operate technology or electronic tools and devices

Transportation Operations

Perform transport operations within resources and cost allocation Perform delivery and pick-up operations Deliver logistics services that meet customer requirements Perform maintenance of transportation facilities, equipment, infrastructure and systems Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers Operate heavy transportation vehicles Operate cargo-lifting and rigging equipment Operate lorry crane

Warehousing, Cargo and Material Handling

Perform cargo or material-handling security procedures Perform acceptance of cargo according to industry standards or sector requirements Apply methods and techniques to handle dangerous goods Apply methods and techniques to handle time and temperature-sensitive cargo Perform cargo consolidation activities Perform transhipment and transloading operations

Job Requirements

At least GCE 'N' Level Possess relevant Class 3 driving licence & 1-2 years of driving experience (preferred) Class 4 driving licence is a plus 4 vacancies avaliable Work location : Coney Island, Pulau Ubin, East Coast and Changi
