Key Responsibilities:

Plan and assign daily haulage transportation for containers both export and import to the drivers and other parties at an optimum level. -
Maintain and report transport KPIs. -
Ensure accurate data is captured in Transport Management System. -
Implement and maintain the SOPs of the transport department. -
Investigate and suggest corrective & preventive actions for any delivery discrepancies, accidents, and customer complaints. -
Ensure operational efficiency and participate in a continuous improvement plan. -
Ensure compliance with safety standards by conducting audits and safety briefings to the staff and drivers. -
Foster good relationships with internal and external customers.
We are looking for:

Degree/Diploma preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. -
Minimum 2 years of experience in route planning or distribution operations. -
Familiar with LTA and local authorities\xe2\x80\x99 rules and regulations. -
Strong supervisory, planning, and interpersonal skills. -
Self-motivated and results-oriented. -
Proficient in MS Office. -
Amenable to work in shifting schedule. -
Candidates with more years of experience can be considered for the Senior Supervisor role.
