Job Description
- Supervise workloads, routing, schedule, tasks and other related functions of delivery operations.
- Maintain and manage all databases relating to day-to-day delivery operations.
- Ensure 100% SOP compliance and SLA is met all the time.
- Ensure maintenance of vehicles in good running condition.
- Handle loading and unloading operations.
- Initiate cost efficience measures in delivery operations.
- Build pro active relationship with delivery representatives as well as customers.
- Must be willng to work on a flexible shifitng schedule.
- Able to committ on a 6 days a week work schedule.
- Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
- Must be able to adapt in a fast phase environment.
