\xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and ensure timely up to date shipment data into relevant systems accurately
\xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor shipment performance to ensure on-time delivery and resolve or escalate issues to management as needed
\xe2\x80\xa2 Review and investigate into shipment delivery failures and work on resolutions to prevent occurrences
\xe2\x80\xa2 Shown analytical skills and ability to look at operational data and reports daily, understand the broader context of issues and take effective steps to root cause and resolve scenarios or inspire change with the partners
\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work in fast paced environment
\xe2\x80\xa2 Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Mandatory Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least Diploma holder \xe2\x80\xa2 SAP knowledge is required \xe2\x80\xa2 Microsoft office (eg: Outlook, Excel\xe2\x80\xa6) application is required \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with international trade and shipment incoterm \xe2\x80\xa2 DG and Cold Chain knowledge is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Comfortable in handling and analysing mass data \xe2\x80\xa2 Team Player
