Job Description

As a Travel Planner, you will be responsible for designing and managing bespoke travel itineraries for our leisure and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) clients.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional planning and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for travel.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and design custom travel itineraries for leisure and MICE clients, based on their preferences, budget, and travel goals.
• Research and book flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel-related services for clients.
• Communicate with clients to ensure their travel needs and preferences are met, and provide ongoing support throughout their trip.
• Build relationships with travel suppliers and vendors to negotiate rates and ensure quality services for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with travel trends, new destinations, and industry news to provide the best travel recommendations to clients.
• Manage travel logistics and coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Travel Planner or similar role.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, and hotels.
• Experience with travel booking systems and tools. (eg, Galileo, Abacus, Amadeus, GDS)
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
