Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create excellent memories for people by matching their needs and desires with holiday destination.
  • Handle customers’ enquiries on travel arrangement, perform sales transactions, meet revenue and profit.
  • Handle unforeseen problems and feedback.
  • Book accommodation and travel arrangements using industry-specific computer programs.
  • Assist with any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
  • Minimum O’ Level and/or Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or related studies.
  • Enjoy interacting with people, outgoing, friendly and energetic personality with customer service skills
  • Enjoy challenges and have the ability to create a rapport with people of different ages and different cultures.
  • Good selling, communication and listening skills.
  • Strong interest in countries histories, geographies, general customs and cultures.
  • Resilience to cope with long hours and pressure at peak times
  • Willing to work on weekend and public holidays
