Roles & Responsibilities SSC Travels is an agency that focuses on Meet and Greet, as well as inbound or outbound tourism and corporate guests. Our travel products include arranging accommodations, flights, land transfers, and many others. We are being nominated as one of the top notch Meet and Greet Team for Foreign Students in Singapore. With the expansion in Travel industry , we are hiring talented Travel Agency Project Managers to join our team. We are open to experienced travel agents and tour specialists who have innovative ideas in mind who are looking for an opportunity to be in charge of our travel agency department.
s/ Responsibilities:
- Have potential clients on hand
- Have contacts with travel suppliers \xe2\x80\x93 Hotels, Flights, Tickets, etc.
- Acquire new leads
- Stay current with trends to identify new business opportunities
- Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise
- Ensuring the Operations to run smoothly
- Any Ad hoc duties assigned by Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized and able to work independently with a high level of initiative and drive
- Takes ownership in performing duties and is able to build a strong relationship with clients
- Can work and relate well with colleagues to achieve company objectives
- Required language(s) : English, Chinese (in order to liaise with the Chinese-speaking guests)
