Travel Agent Support
Job Description
Respond to service requests from travel agents within the service standards of IAS.
Service requests include, but not limited to, fare quotation, ticketing, flight disruption assistance, guidance on visa requirements for shipscrew travel, managing group travel requests, after-ticketing concerns, etc.
Travel agency scope: Worldwide
Airlines handled: select Skyteam member airlines
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Has passion for the travel industry
Quick to learn complex airline technicalities
Above-average comprehension
Service-oriented and customer friendly
Responsible and reliable team player
Punctual and willing to extend work hours and on a shifting schedule
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati, Metro Manila (On-site work set-up)
