You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance with all (domestic & international) aspects of business travel requirements for the company corporate clients. You will be required to work on Monday - Friday.

• Responsible in delivering exceptional service and assistance to our Corporate Travel Customers, catering to their domestic and international travel requirements.
• Creating sales proposals and quotations for potential customers and diligently following up on sales opportunities.
• Responsible for leveraging your industry expertise, product knowledge, and destination familiarity to provide efficient and accurate quotes and booking services to these travelers, both through email and phone communications.
• Maintain productivity in line with KPIs, ensuring high quality error free transactions
• Ensure customer service levels are met

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years\' corporate or retail travel experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possessing excellent customer service skills specifically in a travel environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills including multi-tasking and prioritizing of workload
• Fares & Ticketing knowledge
• Knowledge of products including car hire, hotels and rail
• Work across teams and departments
• A passion for service
