Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 travel enquires and request through phone calls, emails or walk-ins
Provide recommendation for destination(s), modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations base on customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests & interests
Provide information on travel visa & insurance
Prepare and update of promotional & display materials
Liaise with the airlines, overseas ground tours and transportation operators for travel arrangement
Handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and customer support
Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
Experience & Skill-set required:
Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field
Fresh graduates are welcome or possess some experiences in tourism & hospitality sectors
Excellent command of both written and spoken of English and business level Japanese language is necessary for the purpose of daily communication with Japanese customers and Japan counterparts
Must be willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision and able to handle work pressure
Other Information:
40 hours per week, Off days can be arranged flexibly but subject to manager\'s approval
Rotating shift work (10:15am \xe2\x80\x93 07:15pm & 11:30am \xe2\x80\x93 8:30pm)
