Assist Corporate Companies to map travel arrangements for their employees
Planning itineraries including booking of flights, hotels, ground transportation and visa application
Maintain and ensure travellers\xe2\x80\x99 profiles and visas are up to date and advise clients on travel regulation such as visa requirements and ensure timely processing of travel documents
Provide accurate information to clients at all times
Adheres to company standards in delivering customer service including professional telephone etiquette
Pre-requisites
Minimum \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level with at least 2 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the travel industry
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated professional customer service skill
Able to work independently, exercising discretion and judgement
Positive attitude and a pleasant disposition
Proficient in English with good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle stress and work in a fast paced environment & extended hours
