Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist Corporate Companies to map travel arrangements for their employees
  • Planning itineraries including booking of flights, hotels, ground transportation and visa application
  • Maintain and ensure travellers\xe2\x80\x99 profiles and visas are up to date and advise clients on travel regulation such as visa requirements and ensure timely processing of travel documents
  • Provide accurate information to clients at all times
  • Adheres to company standards in delivering customer service including professional telephone etiquette
Pre-requisites
  • Minimum \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level with at least 2 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the travel industry
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated professional customer service skill
  • Able to work independently, exercising discretion and judgement
  • Positive attitude and a pleasant disposition
  • Proficient in English with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stress and work in a fast paced environment & extended hours
