Job Description

- Position Title: Corporate Travel Manager (China market)
- Working Location: East \xe2\x80\x93 Bendemeer (Walking distance from the MRT to the company)
- Working Hours: 5 days / Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Represent the company in corporate meetings (Both in Singapore and in China)
- Acquire new partnerships in the China market
- Creating, optimizing, and monitoring corporate travel policies
- Analyzing and preparing reports on travel tours
- Maintaining positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels and airlines
- Negotiating preferred rates with vendors of direct travel
- Planning and running travel tours for different purposes such as recreation, education and business
- Managing and overseeing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms
- Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise
- Ensuring the operations run smoothly
- Min. N level
- Min.10 years of working experience in the travel industry
- Possess knowledge of the travel management process
- Able to travel regularly if work requires
