Travel Retail - Demand & Supply Planning, Senior Executive
MAIN PURPOSE As a key member of the Travel Retail team in Singapore, you will be responsible to lead S&OP reporting process for POSM and act as Centre of Operation Excellence for Planning team in data extraction and analysis/reporting and provide recommendations for business improvement. This role will be required to work closely with respective functional planning leads and executives from marketing and sales, finance, logistics. To succeed in this role, this person should be highly analytical, professional and possess excellent communication skills. The candidate should also have an knowledge of demand, supply planning and forecasting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track and manage POSM budget to identify gaps on risks and opportunities.
- Drive S&OP and reporting process for POSM
- Support the Planning team in central data extraction, analysis and translate them into quantifiable operations
- Provide quality and timely status updates to stakeholders.
- Document and elevate work flow processes through adoption of business excellence framework
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, supply chain or data analytics.
- Minimum 3 years of equivalent work experience in demand and forecasting roles
- FMCG / Retail industry experience would be preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in fast moving environment
- Meticulous and able to manage large amount of data
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio
- Experience in using SAP would be an advantage
