MAIN PURPOSE

The Regulatory Affairs Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth launching and exporting of skincare, makeup and fragrance products and regulatory compliance for TR APAC business. He/she will also be responsible for providing regulatory information and track and manage submissions, review and advise on labelling compliance with regulatory filings, review product changes for impact on regulatory filings, research regulatory issues and provide guidance and advice. He/she will render support to Supply Chain Management team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing support to ensure accuracy and timely preparation of product labels by liaising with multi-function teams and label suppliers for TR APAC business.
• Support in attending to correspondent request from, retailers, Shiseido regulatory community, custom and government regulatory authorities when necessary.
• Support to ensure accuracy and timely preparation of documents for smooth launch and export to the retailers and the government authorities for TR APAC business.
• Assist in checking the details of the local regulation/practice and other regulation/practice concerning the matter with Shiseido regulatory community.
• Review labelling and labels for compliance with regulatory requirements.
• To manage and coordinate with multi-function teams and label supplier the requirements and timely printing of labels.
• Provide and validate artwork base in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

• Bachelor\'s Degree, minimum 1 year of regulatory exposure (prior experience in FMCG or beauty industries will be an added advantage).
• Possess cosmetic science / technical knowledge (ingredient, formulation, safety) will be an added advantage.
• Proactive and open minded, interest in regulatory affairs and custom process, willing to learn attitude.
• Meticulous and able to multitask.
• Good command of oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
