Lead the team to achieve sales target based on brand ambition
Plan and execute action plans (for instance, GWP and promotion) to achieve sales targets
Review & implement operational procedures to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness
Able to analyze sales reports and conduct productivity tracking of the field team
Beauty Advisor Management
Ensure BAs adherence to brand\'s policies and grooming guidelines
Participate in recruitment of BAs and promoters, counter coaching & developing the team to ensure the achievement of productivity and sales targets
Lead and motivate field sales team to achieve sales targets & provide excellent service
Retail Excellence - Counter Management & update
Regular store visit & presence in field, ensure operation is smooth & effective
Monitor brand(s) assortment, management of stocks & SLOB, OOS tracking
Monitor incentive scheme to motivate the field sales team to achieve sales targets
Ensure store merchandising is up to brand standard and updated as per brand marketing calendar
Anticipate usage of testers, GWPs, sampling, counter materials are well managed on counter
Retailer / Market Intelligence
Report relevant information from the field (new brands to watch, competitor footprint, distribution, promotion activities & events)
Manage relationship between Retailer and Brand
