Job Description
$3K + AWS + VB + allowance 5 working days, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, normal office hours Location: East
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of leisure operations including managing ticketing and tour packages
- Provide expert knowledge to different clientele in areas of leisure operations
- Be familiar with Fare database, other systems that are in use and do bookings for the client.
- Understand the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs in order to provide efficient service to the client at all times
- Provide the most cost effective and best / optimal fare to the client with the most logical routing that makes the travel convenient for the client
- Follow up and keep track of ticketing deadlines and inform the customer
- Escalate any complaints or feedback received to the Team Leader.
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in the Travel / Tourism industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
