Familiarize and be able to create package tours and presentation for corporate incentive tours and operations.
Periodically visit customer's office and do sales call, understand corporate business flow and be able to extend needed help in improving the overall operation and effectiveness of sales and marketing.
Assist in managing all travel needs in MICE, always finds solutions on request and attend to customer daily demands.
Do Tour Escorting, assist, entertain and serves customers with a sense of responsibility for their utmost satisfaction.
Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
Supply clients with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc);
Identify and maintain good relationship with PIC, find out customer's travel needs and event needs.
Overall, help the department to achieve target sales and income.
Report sales results on a timely manner thru required reporting process.
And all other related work that immediate superior may request.
Qualification : - College Graduate Level or Degree in Tourism is an advantage. - With 2-4 year experience preferably in Outbound Travel - Has good and excellent attention to details, Microsoft office knowledge ( Power point/Excel) - Good working attitude, be able to manage multi tasks, hardworking and responsible.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
