Job Description

Sino Sea Travel Tours, a travel partner of Y Hotels and Resorts Group Inc. whose mainly engagement involves managing establishments, operations of lodging and dining places is currently in need of professional and optimistic travel agent to join our team. For this particular role, interested candidates are expected to do various client engagement involving sales and dealing with clients for their travel needs.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source clients and plan details for their transportation, accommodation and airlines.
• Be involved in planning and selling packages for transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
• Be in front line for answering client's concerns, such as packagers, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
• Generate and manage client database containing relevant information
• Maintain cooperation and coordination with clients, following up with clients about the travel, adjusting to clients' request as needed.
• Network with tour operators and other point of contacts for specific travel
• Manage events alongside with the team, these including conferences and retreats etc.
• Meet given sales targets and goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess must possess at least 1 year of experience as a Travel consultant.
• Extensive knowledge in Travel industry.
• Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field, or an equal experience.
• Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems and GDS systems)
• Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
• Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and good attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthSchedule:
