Our client is leading self-storage real estate company. They are looking for a Treasury Analyst to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the Central- easily accessible.The Treasury Analyst is responsible for: Responsible to participate in loan documentation and negotiations Responsible in monitoring loan covenants and prepare loan related information undertakings Responsible in managing banking relationships Responsible to set up bank accounts and assist in incorporation of new SPVs Responsible to liaise with Banks on compliance and KYC matters Responsible to Assist in funding matters like loan drawdowns and rollovers, and interest rate fixing Responsible in managing financial risks through hedging of interest rate or foreign exchange exposures and provide market updates Responsible in managing support on reporting of treasury related matters to stakeholdersRequirement: Min degree in Accountancy/ Banking and Finance / Economics Min 3 year of experience in Treasury/ Corporate FinanceInterested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.We regret that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.Email address: Recruitpedia Pte.
