Job Description

Job Responsibilities





1. Responsible for daily fiat expense review, payments, and ledger recording; prepare daily cash flow reports and consolidate weekly fund reports to provide data support for the company's funding decisions.


2. Liaise with overseas banks and financial institutions, follow up on company account opening applications, new account activation and testing, periodic KYC updates, and ongoing communication with banks to ensure smooth operation of overseas accounts.


3. Develop and improve internal control policies for fund management, regularly review asset management risks, prevent potential operational risks, and ensure fund security.


4. Coordinate daily fund management and transfers, arrange time deposits appropriately, and maximize returns on idle funds.


5. Coordinate with company secretary and external intermediaries to ensure proper completion of annual compliance/filing requirements for overseas entities.





Job Requirements


1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.


2. No strict requirement on years of experience, but basic financial skills are required (1-2 years of experience in treasury, cashier, or fund management would be a plus).
