We are a well-established oil trading company with international operations, seeking a highly motivated
Treasury & Administrative Executive
to take primary responsibility for our treasury functions while providing strong administrative support to the Head of Operations. As part of a lean, high-trust team, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring disciplined cash management and smooth operational coordination across Singapore, UAE, Europe, and China.
Manage daily treasury operations, including monitoring bank balances, preparing payments, and coordinating fund transfers.
Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports, tracking variances and upcoming funding requirements.
Liaise with banks--
including banks in China
, requiring communication in Chinese--on remittances, trade finance documentation, credit facilities, and compliance submissions.
Support the Head of Operations with financing cycles, LC processes, loan drawdowns, and settlement arrangements.
Track deposits, advances, and incoming/outgoing payments to ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with internal teams and overseas offices for approvals and treasury workflow requirements.
Accounting & Operational Support
Assist with basic accounting support related to treasury activities, including reconciliations and payment record-keeping.
Maintain organized documentation for all bank transactions, financing files, and operational paperwork.
Support management with financial information when required.
Administrative Support to Head of Operations
Provide direct administrative support to the Head of Operations, including document preparation, vendor coordination, and contract filing.
Coordinate operational documents such as storage agreements, vessel paperwork, and logistics-related submissions when needed.
Maintain organized company records, internal databases, and administrative documents to support daily operations.
Qualifications & Key Attributes
Diploma
in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, financial operations, or administrative support.
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required
, as this role involves regular communication with banks and partners in China.
Strong understanding of treasury processes, cash flow management, and bank operations.
Experience in oil trading, shipping, logistics, or trade finance is highly advantageous.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills and confidence in coordinating with cross-border teams (UAE, Europe, China).
Proactive, reliable, and able to support senior management effectively.
Fully remote work arrangement is allowed.

Pay: $1,657.01 - $5,000.00 per month
