Job Description


This role offers an excellent opportunity to quickly build upon your accounting and treasury experience. You will form part of a team providing accounting and treasury support to international businesses from a diverse range of industries.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders in collating vendor invoices.
  • Process vendor payments on e-Banking platforms in an accurate and timely manner for multiple clients.
  • Adhere to the payment policies/ procedures and related processes in place for preparing and reviewing of payment.
  • Attend to email and call inquiries on matters pertaining to payment status and payment rejection.
  • Investigate and follow up on unreconciled or failed payment transactions.
  • Monitor the clients\xe2\x80\x99 bank balances.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders in processing XBRL requests.
  • Lead a team of 1 to 3 team members. Plan the work of your team and help them to ensure deliverables are timely and processes are efficient.
  • Involve in any other adhoc projects and related tasks as and when required by the Partner(s)
Requirements
  • Minimum \xe2\x80\x9cA\xe2\x80\x9d level or Diploma holder
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from a professional services firm
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with good organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and fully commit to work schedule
