Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Responsible on fund and budget allocation
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Monitors bank accounts of SPGC and maintains average daily balances of each account
  • Funds daily disbursement of SPGC including local and foreign suppliers
  • Prepares request for disbursement of fund transfer
  • Updates passbook and gets balances by calling or through online banking for daily monitoring of accounts
  • Monitors daily collection of each company for funding
  • Performs reconciliation or review each account daily
  • Maintains files of bank statement per company's bank account
  • Prepares daily bank accounts balances
  • Performs other related functions as directed by the immediate superior
Job Specifications:
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, BSBA major in Financial Management
  • At least one year experience in Treasury Accounting work
  • Knowledge in bank operations, SAP
  • Computer literate, Proficient in oral and written skills
  • Can work under pressure, analytical, flexible, adaptable
