Job Description
Job Summary:
- Responsible on fund and budget allocation
- Monitors bank accounts of SPGC and maintains average daily balances of each account
- Funds daily disbursement of SPGC including local and foreign suppliers
- Prepares request for disbursement of fund transfer
- Updates passbook and gets balances by calling or through online banking for daily monitoring of accounts
- Monitors daily collection of each company for funding
- Performs reconciliation or review each account daily
- Maintains files of bank statement per company's bank account
- Prepares daily bank accounts balances
- Performs other related functions as directed by the immediate superior
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, BSBA major in Financial Management
- At least one year experience in Treasury Accounting work
- Knowledge in bank operations, SAP
- Computer literate, Proficient in oral and written skills
- Can work under pressure, analytical, flexible, adaptable
