- Ensure that Official Receipts are issued for all payments received and that those are deposited immediately
- Prepare accurate daily cash and checks collection reports;
- Prepare and submit accurate reports as required by Management Information System (MIS);
- Advise Operations and Credit & Collection about returned checks as soon as possible;
- Maintains enough petty cash daily for employees' needs;
- Update petty cash vouchers through SAP;
- Secure and account for all cash and check collections
- A graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in cashiering or fund custodianship
- Must be willing to be assigned in Ayala Malls The 30th.
