Responsibilities

• Perform active cash management activities for key currency cash pools to ensure adequate working capital and liquidity within the guidelines of Corporate Treasury Policies including daily cash positioning and reconciliation of bank balances; execution of cash payment transfers, FX conversions and monthly intercompany settlement
• Provide operational support for Reporting, FX, including cash forecasting and analysis to support Balance Sheet Hedging process, support management of debt/investment strategies, monitoring and reporting activities - cash positions, counterparty exposure, credit lines, bank utilization, interest yields.
• Manage global relationship and local bank relationship within each region, including on-going review of banking products and services, pricing negotiation, annual review of credit facilities towards the objective of maintaining an appropriate and efficient banking structure.
• Champion process transformation by leveraging on technology available via the global Treasury Management System (Sungard-Integrity) and working with relevant banking providers and/or third party solutions to create value and drive efficiency for the Company. This includes management of bank accounts and related setups within the Treasury management system and boundary applications.
• Ensure compliance and adherence of internal process controls, Sarbanes-Oxley and any country specific legal requirements and foreign exchange regulatory controls as well as best practices and ability to apply those prescribed under Corporate policies and guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
• Typically 1-4 years relevant experience for entry to this level. Candidates with less experience will be considered as well
• Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 6 Months Agency Contract employment.
