The Company
Our client in the oil & gas industry is currently seeking a treasury executive to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The Treasury Executive will be responsible for managing daily cash flow operations, including monitoring movements, reconciling bank accounts, and maintaining accurate transaction records to ensure optimal fund allocation for current and future needs. Key responsibilities include processing and coordinating payments for subsidiaries, preparing bank instructions for treasury transactions, and liaising with banks to ensure timely and compliant payment processing. The role also involves reviewing and analyzing financial data, monitoring abnormal transactions, assisting with bank compliance inquiries, and producing detailed treasury reports. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication with internal teams and banking partners, and the ability to handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in treasury functions. Prior exposure to FX trades, cash management, and trade finance within the banking industry is advantageous. The role calls for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrate strong quantitative abilities, basic financial modeling, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
