Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • As an ambitious leader and trusted partner to the Region Finance team \xe2\x80\x93 and in alignment with Treasury Financing Services HQ \xe2\x80\x93 develop, implement, and drive the Region\xe2\x80\x99s strategy on Sales Finance Advisory to support the Siemens Healthineers business in the Region.
  • You will execute on governance for Sales Finance Advisory and provide guidance as well as training to the Region\xe2\x80\x99s Finance and Sales communities.
  • You will develop and drive the Region\xe2\x80\x99s sales supporting programs and approaches balancing risks and rewards and adhering to applicable Directives.
  • You will drive the \xe2\x80\x9cAccess to Care\xe2\x80\x9d initiative for Sales Finance Advisory topics in Asia Pacific Japan together with the Lead and empower all Sales Finance Advisory experts/ resources in the Region to enable them to implement and drive the Region\xe2\x80\x99s strategy on Sales Finance Advisory in their Zones/ Countries.
  • You will take ownership within the Region for planning and controlling of strategic development of Sales Finance Advisory and related KPIs.
  • You will collaborate with different Region internal stakeholders (such as Finance, Sales, Legal, Tax, and Accounting Management, as well as Treasury Leads) to ensure that all Sales Finance Advisory processes are operating effectively and in compliance with both internal and external regulations.
  • You will interact with external stakeholders (Financing Institutions \xe2\x80\x93 Banks/ Lessors) to be at the forefront of financial market developments to support the Siemens Healthineers\xe2\x80\x99 business in the Region.
  • You will define and implement a Financing Institution strategy and lead negotiations with these Financing Institutions for Sales Finance frameworks (and the financing conditions thereunder), and act as the \xe2\x80\x98bridge\xe2\x80\x99 between Siemens Healthineers Business in the Region and the Financing Institutions.
  • You will be accountable for the integrity of books and records, which includes an effective Risk Management and Internal Control System.
  • You will drive productivity targets and mindset within the Sales Finance Advisory experts/ resources in the Region and ensure the realization of cost targets.
  • You will promote digitalization of Sales Finance Advisory.
  • As a Role Model for the financial community and beyond, live and promote ownership culture, diversity, and development of the Region Sales Finance Advisory team with consideration to:
  • Pipeline of talents for succession planning.
  • Development of soft and business skills.
  • Fostering of continuous learning.

Your qualifications and experiences:
  • You hold a successfully completed Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
  • You have at least 10 years Sales Finance Advisory experience in either a MNC or Bank in the Region (and preferably at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in leading teams).
Your attributes and skills:
  • You possess international experience outside of home country with strong intercultural sensitivity and ability to work with colleagues/ partners around the world.
  • You possess broad and in-depth knowledge of Sales Finance solutions (debt/ equity).
  • You have deep and validated curiosity about the Siemens Healthineers business and portfolio.
  • You are well organized with strong decision-making ability and communication skills in dealing with Banks/ Lessors, and internal stakeholders (including at Management Level).
  • You are pro-active, self-driven and ability to work independently within a dynamic and cross functional environment and able to inspire others.
  • You are a people leader with growth mentality and truly caring about nurturing talent.
  • You are fluent in English (additional fluency in other languages in the Region is a plus).
  • Working Location: China/ India/ Japan/ Singapore
