Job Description

:

• Identify and evaluate potential investment local and global(ASEAN) opportunities, including M&A targets, strategic partnership focusing on F&B sector and other potential sectors (eg. real estate, travel).
• Provide recommendations to the management in respect to potential merger & acquisition and investment opportunities by implementing a comprehensive investment strategy that supports the company\'s growth objectives in the F&B industry and other potential sectors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and refine growth strategies that align with the organization\'s objectives.
• Cash Management: Monitor daily cash balances, execute cash management strategies, and coordinate cash disbursements.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks. Develop risk management policies and ensure compliance.
• Financial Planning: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Banking Relationships: Manage relationships with banks, negotiate services, and evaluate banking products.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations. Prepare regular treasury reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business/Finance/Economics or a related field 10-15 years in managing full-cycle deals in venture capital, private equity, family office, investment banking (M&A, corporate finance)
• Proven experience in executing M&A transactions, including deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, and post-acquisition integration, specifically within the F&B sector.
• Possess a solid background in strategic planning and financial analysis within the F&B sector.
• Strong proven analytical, conceptual and strategic skills; able to foresee the market potential and develop strategies to grow the business
• Good business acumen with excellent sales and negotiation skills
