Job Description

:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of potential investment opportunities, both locally and globally, with a focus on the ASEAN region. This includes identifying M&A targets and strategic partnerships within the F&B sector and other potential sectors like real estate and travel.
• Offer strategic recommendations to the management regarding potential merger & acquisition and investment opportunities. Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company\'s growth objectives in the F&B industry and other relevant sectors.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and refine growth strategies that align with the organization\'s objectives. Ensure that investment strategies support the company\'s long-term growth plans.
• Monitor daily cash balances, execute cash management strategies, and coordinate cash disbursements to optimize liquidity and financial efficiency.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with investment activities. Develop and implement risk management policies to ensure compliance and protect the company\'s financial interests.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes. Provide insights into market trends and financial performance to inform investment strategies.
• Manage relationships with banks, negotiate services, and evaluate banking products to optimize financial operations and minimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and regulations governing investment activities. Prepare regular treasury reports to provide visibility into financial performance and investment activities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 10 of experience in managing full-cycle deals in venture capital, private equity, family office, or investment banking (specifically M&A and corporate finance).
• Proven experience in executing M&A transactions, including deal sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, and post-acquisition integration, preferably within the F&B sector.
• Solid background in strategic planning and financial analysis within the F&B sector. Ability to anticipate market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills, with the ability to analyze market potential and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.
• Demonstrated business acumen with excellent sales and negotiation skills to effectively evaluate investment opportunities and negotiate favorable terms.
