Job Description

Mange local treasury team and supervise daily work process. Set-up treasury team business target and improve team performance. Maintain bank-corporate direct linkage, realize bank transaction and balance real-time visible, controllable and available. Set-up and manage reginal cash pool to support overall capital management b Maintain Bank relationship, management bank facilities, issue bank guarantee letter and comfort letter. Assist Group Company to enforce financing plan and capital injection. Assist branch company treasury management and improve liquidity for ASEAN area. Acquire prime interest rate and propose capital management plan. Acquire lowest financing cost and carry out AR financing program. FX settlement management and report issuance. Issue capital management report and report to Headquarter. Oversee cash receipting, payment and LC management. Bank admins - Account opening, bank mandates maintenance, internet banking, trading accounts

Key qualifications

Candidate possess a bachelor degree or higher in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent; 5 - 7 years' of experience in trade finance or operations within a trading company or financial institution; Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; Good communication skills; Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision; Team player, meticulous and responsible in closing the task that assigned; Candidates with regional working experience has an advantage * Ability to communicate in Mandarin to speak with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
