Our client is a leading Investor and Developer in the Industrial/ Logistic sector with an excellent track record of deals in the Singapore market. They are looking for a Treasury Manager to join their team in Singapore.

Position Summary
Assistant Manager / Manager (Treasury) - Job description

• Foreign exchange management: Monitoring FX exposures, advise/formulate hedging strategies and negotiation for competitive rates
• Interest rate management: Monitoring IR exposures, advise/formulate hedging strategies and negotiation for competitive rates
• Risk management: Monitor, prepare and present treasury market risks to investors, shareholders and senior management
• Liquidity management: Projects\' cashflow planning, budget and forecasts
• Debt management: Establish, negotiation and execution of banking facilities (Secured, unsecured, structured financing and subscription line)
• Relationship management: Build and foster banking relationships both locally and overseas
• Establish new and maintain derivative lines with banks with knowledge in negotiation and executing hedging related documentation such as ISDA Agreements.
• Advise and support Finance, Fund Management, Legal and Asset Management team on banking and treasury matters
• To work independently and take ownership of projects and/or processes

• Bachelor\'s degree in accountancy, finance or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience and preferably in banks or real estate industry
• Working experience in Global Banking and Markets with large financial institution is preferred
• Direct exposures in foreign exchange/interest rate execution and hedging recommendations
• Understanding of administration of loan, bank account opening and closure documentation.
• Possess strong knowledge of the rules and conventions of the global payment system used for different currencies and banks cut-off times.
• Comfortable to work on both routine and ad-hoc requirements; a self-starter who can implement treasury best practices
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Conscientious and meticulous, able to work well under pressure.
• Possess good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and IT savvy
