Job Description

• The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the company's treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking relationships, liquidity planning, and ensuring the optimal use of financial facilities.
• This role supports timely execution of treasury operations, compliance with financial policies, and accurate reporting through treasury systems. The Treasury Manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain effective financial controls and support the company's financial health.

Main duties & responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow forecasting and liquidity to meet operational and strategic funding needs.
• Maintain and develop relationships with banks and financial institutions to optimize banking services and facilities.
• Oversee utilization of banking credit lines, loans, and other financial instruments to support business needs.
• Monitor and manage working capital and cash positions across the organization.
• Implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and review treasury reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to reconcile treasury-related transactions and balances.
• Lead initiatives to improve treasury processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance activities related to treasury functions.

The Talent Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance functions.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to engage effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, banking products, and treasury operations.
• Proficient with treasury management systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
