An exciting Treasury Manager (six-month contract role) job has just become available at one of the leading engineering firms across Southeast Asia.

About the Treasury Manager (six-month contract role) Role:
Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, the Treasury Manager is responsible for supporting all treasury-related matters of the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, discuss, propose possible dividend declaration for repatriation to Singapore and established an yield enhancement team with the Group FD/CFO & Executive Board of Jebsen and Jessen to invest all excess cash of the group
• Review options for yield enhancement from the total cash (Various risk/return profiles to be proposed and agreed with selection of two to three banks) and present to EB
• Implement according to decision and realise returns (% and/or $ target calculated on the total cash available with scoring formula to be presented and within part of a the goal)
• Review existing Treasury Credit lines and negotiated with all the bank partners sufficient credit lines for the group. Obtain new credit lines from banks to ensure competitive credit for the group

To succeed in this Treasury Manager (six-month contract role) role, you must possess prior SAP system experience and display a proactive approach to learn and grow in this role.

Key Requirements:

• A good degree in Finance/Treasury with at least eight years in relevant and progressive experience in treasury and or treasury-related discipline
• Strong understanding of Treasury function, systems and products in a group/corporate environment
