Treasury Officer (commodities)
Job Description
The CompanyOur client is a leading Oil & Gas supply and trading business. They are seeking to hire a hands-on Treasury Officer to support their operations.The RoleReporting to the finance team lead and working in a team environment, you will play a critical role in activities such as cash balances and cash flow projection. You will also be responsible for account opening and ensuring connectivity on both SWIFT and e-banking platforms. Including processing payments, liaising with banks, and issuing of "Letter of Credit". You will also support KYC reviews for onboarding and periodic reviews of New and existing banks.Your ProfileTo excel in this role, you\'ll have a Diploma or a Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or ACCA with the following related experiences:
- At least 3 to 7 years of experience in treasury operations in similar industries including banks or other Financial institutes.
- Demonstrated knowledge in Banking Processes, Payments, Forex (FX), Loans, Deposits and Cash Management.
- Proficient with Treasury software such as SAP and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
