Treasury Operations Senior Analyst (Global)

We\'re looking for a Treasury Operations Senior Analyst to join our global Treasury Team in Singapore and support our business growth.

About the role:

The Treasury Operations Senior Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to join a truly Global Treasury team, covering Dyson\'s markets across the globe and gaining international exposure.

You will support all treasury activities relating to our cash management and financial risk management for the Dyson Group and act as a key driver of Dyson\'s Treasury automation and process improvement projects.

The key activities include:

Reporting:

• Accounting for treasury transactions and in house bank structure.
• Support treasury month end processes.
• Support reporting on all aspects of treasury back-office activities, including monitoring compliance against Group policies.

Cash Management:

• Daily monitoring of bank account statements and bank accounts reconciliation.
• Maintenance of static data, including bank accounts, settlement instructions, trading partners etc.

Financial risk management:

• Support front office in the settlement and confirmation of FX trades.

Process improvement:

• Provide support on Treasury projects related to cash management, payments, banking, or any of the systems used by Treasury.
• Drive continuous process improvement of Treasury processes, with a focus on reducing manual intervention and automating processes and controls.

Experience/personal attributes

• 5+ years of experience in Treasury Operations in a multi-national group or Big 4 experience with exposure to treasury accounting such as: accounting for intercompany transactions, netting, loans, derivatives, etc.
• Accounting knowledge (IFRS experience) and relevant experience.
• Systems experience, ideally SAP TMS module.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a global environment.
• Relevant undergraduate degree.
• Soundly ethical and open in attitude.
