It is anticipated that, following the conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes. Role & Responsibilities: The Treasury Regional Sr. Analyst APAC (New Consumer Health Company) reports directly to the Treasury Regional Manager APAC and is responsible for all Treasury aspects of the Regional Treasury Services Center APAC within the Treasury organization. This includes assisting with cash management, bank relations, hedging, and capital structure management. The Treasury Regional Senior Analyst APAC (New Consumer Health Company) will be the primary point of contact as the in-region cross-business partner for all affiliates and for the local bank partners.

  • Assist with cash management activities for the in-region affiliates, which includes analyzing the cash balances and forecasts and making the appropriate funding and investment decisions
  • Support business partnering initiatives by measuring compliance with J&J policies concerning foreign currency hedging, intercompany/third party borrowing and bank account management, and other projects
  • Assist with identifying and implementing continuous improvements to optimize processes & models (e.g., excess liquidity, working capital needs, cash flow analytics)
  • Review capital structures of regional affiliates, including analysis of cash flow and financial metrics to determine an approved borrowing limit as well as align potential action plans with the affiliate management
  • Provide guidance on dividend repatriation
  • Provide treasury support in a variety of business-led projects to assess funding possibilities, hedging impacts, and the banking landscape
  • Co-operate closely with legal and tax centers to understand the regulatory environment and the restrictions within each country and the relevant impact on existing potential treasury solutions
  • Point of contact of local & regional banks in the countries

Qualifications
Requiremed
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics
  • Strong analytic skills – ability to standardize varying data processes/inputs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity
  • Strong capabilities in MS Excel
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with a broad range of individuals
  • Fluent in English as a minimum
  • Min 1-3 years of experience within a similar scope
Preferred Competencies:
  • Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics
  • Knowledge of cash management, accounting, finance, tax, and banking relationships
  • Experience working with banking products and services
  • Experience in Treasury Operations or General Finance
  • Experience in Treasury Management Systems
