An exciting Treasury Services Advisor (12-month contract) job has just become available at one of the most respected global banking institutions based in Singapore. This is a role that will require you to coordinate deal assignment processes in APAC.

About the Treasury Services Advisor (12-month contract) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the treasuring functions within the global banking operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate deal assignment process in APAC

• Work with In-Country Fulfilment Managers to assign deals within the SLA
• Work with Regional Implementation Manager to get resources assigned for multi-country implementations
• Execute established routines to do regular follow ups with stakeholders to provide missing information and complete assignment tasks
• Maintain Deal Assignment Share Point and send out regular status reporting
• Manage E-Banking Maintenance for APAC Region and ensure timely and accurate turnaround of the E-Banking Maintenance requests
• Manage delivery of service by the offshore delivery centre and ensure SLAs are met for timely turnaround time for E-Banking and Deal Assignment
• Coordinate with stakeholders and offshore delivery centre in managing issues and escalations
• Prepare and send daily, weekly and monthly dashboards
• Run Critical Macros to identify data mismatch and gaps and work with stakeholders to fix them

To succeed in this Treasury Services Advisor (12-month contract) role, you will need to be familiar with banking operations processes.

Key Requirements:

• Five or more years of total experience preferably in banking, financial or other industry
• Strong writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal skills to manage peers, and other stakeholders in multiple geographies within APAC
• Comfortable using a disciplined development methodology and adhering to development best practices, standards and procedures
• Self-starter and independent worker, ability to work with minimum supervision
• Should have strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office (and/or other analytical software)
• Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; and flexible
