Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify inward and outward transactions promptly and accurately within the respective currency cut-off time
- Verify AML transactions accordance with the bank policies and procedures
- Ensure all Nostro and Vostro reconciliation are perform timely
- Preparation of statistics for reporting purposes
- Attend to queries in a timely manner
- Verify audit confirmation request for Vostro and Nostro account
- Respond and process margin calls within the stipulated timeline
- Ensure that exchange clearing regulation, rules and procedures are adhered
- Escalate issues and risk in a timely and effective manner
- Provide excellence client service to counterparties
- Perform ad-hoc tasks such as new initiatives and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Possess at least a Degree or equivalent in the related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant banking experience
- Proficient in SWIFT message type i.e. MT103, MT202 & MT 204
- Good command of both English and Chinese languages so as to communicate effectively with our Head Office in China and external vendors
- Able to work on rotational shift work basis and on Singapore public holidays and weekends if required
