Role Summary:

To assist Universal Music Group in delivering its growth targets, it is essential to maintain visibility and control over its treasury operations worldwide. The UMG Treasury department has 11 staff. It is present in several locations such as Hilversum, Paris and London. It plans to expand in South-East Asia to cover a fast-growing geographical area. The UMG Treasury department responsibilities are to centralize financing, cash management, foreign exchange, treasury systems and bank platforms.

Within UMG Treasury, the Banking Projects + Operations team is specifically responsible for treasury systems and bank platforms.

The Banking Projects + Operations team seeks a Treasury candidate for global coverage with strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving to complement the teams global project scope and proactively identify regional specific nuances or enhancements.

Primary role:

• Banking Security Management for global banking platforms. Tasked to onboard and centrally manage, limit or close 45 bank platforms and 1 SWIFT connector available across 220 legal entities in 60 countries. Ensure security level is always consistent with TOA, approved by authorized signatories.
• Proactively identify new global banking solutions to improve UMG banking system/processes.
• Design and configure global Bank Account Management system.

Creating and documenting workflows for BAM, onboard new system, and rollout to 220 legal entities. * Create, monitor, and regularly update Fraud Awareness e-Learning module in various languages (currently English, Spanish, French, Chinese).

• Design and configure bank agnostic Payment Formats (XML 20022).

Supporting various ISO 20022 format projects by offering technical guidance and at times creation of XML payment format from SAP and global HR partners. * Technical design and configuration of global SWIFT connected platform FIS \xe2\x80\x98TRAX\xe2\x80\x99.

Collaborating with P2P Business Process Analysts from \xe2\x80\x98Global Finance Ops\xe2\x80\x99 and global HR partners to create and document payment workflow processes through Trax to SWIFTnet. * Collaborate with SAP rollout projects lead by \xe2\x80\x98Global Finance Operations\xe2\x80\x99 BPA group.

• Business Process Analyst for \xe2\x80\x98Global Finance Operations\xe2\x80\x99 in Banking and Treasury.

Design/create and drive Global Finance Ops solutions. * Source and manage regional revaluation and daily transaction FX rates used in ERP system SAP.

• Source and manage industry leading market data and trading platforms for Group Treasury.
• Providing FX market data for Group Treasury and 220 legal entities.
• Technical design configuration of TMS (Treasury Management System) \xe2\x80\x98KTP\xe2\x80\x99.
• Technical design and management of UMG Treasury site (Microsoft SharePoint) created to provide data/information across 220 legal entities.
• Establish SWIFT connectivity for approx. 550 bank accounts worldwide through global bank platform FIS \xe2\x80\x98Trax\xe2\x80\x99.
• Uphold and improve auditable system-based controls as designed by UMG Treasury Controller.
• Design and uphold Treasury system \xe2\x80\x98Process & Control Procedures\xe2\x80\x99 to support UMG Treasury Policies.

Additional Support To:

• Global Security Office, Global Compliance, Global IT Infrastructure as UMG SWIFT BIC administrator and \xe2\x80\x9cowner\xe2\x80\x9d of FIS Trax ensuring review and attestation of mandatory security controls in annual SWIFT CSP.
• Global Finance Operations and 220 legal entities with SAP Banking Master Data guidance.
• Global Compliance and Global Tax to support annual control assurance for 220 legal entities.
• Corporate Finance with detailed banking analysis for regular Table of Authorities control.
• Support and guide global Trax Support Team as \xe2\x80\x98Level 2\xe2\x80\x99 escalation for Trax operating issues.

Desirable Traits:

• Strong analytical skills with proactive and critical mindset, capable of designing both dynamic and structured end to end solutions based on banking needs.
• 3-5 years Treasury, Finance, Audit or Project Management experience within an international organization.
• Ability to work autonomously to deadlines on assigned tasks or projects within international setting.
