Job Description

The Tri-color International Air POD Program Management Advisor serves as a thought leader and consultant, overseeing International Air Network, POD (TPAC, FD, TA).




Reporting to the Vice President, Planning & Engineering, this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business challenges, and implementing solutions to drive operational excellence and business transformation. As an individual contributor, you will provide data-driven insights, manage program execution, and support stakeholders to ensure the success of critical initiatives



Detail Activities:

Manages day-to-day oversight for large scale projects; facilitates problem solving and escalates risks and issues. Develops comprehensive program plans including defining goals, objectives, and requirements. Responsible for the valuation of initiatives and applying the appropriate amount of rigor related to value. Drives program management and operating model standards to ensure solid execution and accelerated delivery. Analyzes business operations and identifies areas of improvement. Supports the development of reporting to identify insights on program progress and outcomes including executive visibility to risks, roadblocks, successes, etc.

Program Execution & Support:



Manages day-to-day oversight for large scale projects; facilitates problem solving and escalates risks and issues Ensure alignment with organizational objectives by supporting governance frameworks and decision making processes. Monitor program progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to achieve successful outcomes.

Strategic Support:



Responsible for the valuation of initiatives and applying the appropriate amount of rigor related to value Assist in facilitating strategic "white sheet" sessions to develop innovative solutions and identify opportunities for growth. Provide input on challenging existing business and operational strategies, contributing to transformative outcomes.

Process Improvement:



Conduct detailed reviews of commercial and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas foroptimization. Contribute to the design and implementation of strategies to recharge processes and improve businessperformance.

Data-Driven Analysis & Reporting:



Analyze program performance and develop metrics (KPIs) to measure progress and success. Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and enable informed decision-making. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:



Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of initiatives. Act as a key point of coordination for program activities, fostering alignment and trust among stakeholders. Support the Manager in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to drive organizational change. Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, Marketing, Finance/Economics, Engineering or related analytical fields. MBA preferred Have 4-6 years of experience in consultancy, strategic project/program management, or a related field. Bring experience working in a multi-national company or across different cultures and geographies. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights. Have experience in project management and a solid understanding of program management techniques and tools. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster alignment across teams. Exhibit strong strategic thinking and a proactive mindset for challenging norms and driving innovation. Thrive in dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a results-driven approach.
