Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform DTFS Tool Preventive Maintenance according to tool stroke or calendar schedule
• Always ensure compliance on all procedures and standards such as tool set-up measurement, tool life monitoring, PM and calibration schedule, spare parts inspection and other.
• Work with Equipment and Process Technicians to resolve all tool related quality issues
• Manage spare parts through regular monitoring, performing IQC, and timely requisition.
• Regular updating of Tool algo system, PM documents, checklist, and buy-off reports. Support all types of internal and external audits.
• Initiate and implement projects to improve the quality, delivery and cost
• Submit timely report such as shift report and incident report.
• Comply with the proper operating procedures of 5S, safety and health standards/regulations.
• Support and implement Environmental Management System with respect to the job
• Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time by superior

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of two-year technological course or Bachelor's Degree holder (Industrial Technology, Electronics Engineering or other related courses).
• Must have at least 1 year experience in a semiconductor company as Tooling Technician. Has basic knowledge on machine maintenance and troubleshooting especially in Trim and Form process.
• Knowledge on mold tooling maintenance and tooling machines.
• Computer Literate.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
