JOB DESCRIPTIONS:


Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes. Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher. Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs. Collect Delivery Order documents from customer or in-house at the time of product delivery and collection Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients Perform transportation duties as deployed by the supervisor and carry out the duties diligently as per instructed Responsible for daily routine checks and maintain the general cleanliness of the vehicle Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines and effectively prioritize and executes tasks in a high-pressure environment Assist in the management of the day to day operations and Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by Company
JOB REQUIREMENTS:


Min 3 years of experience in related industry, with Indoor and Outdoor sales experience Class 3 / Class 4 Driving Licence compulsory; Company's vehicle is not allowed to drive home Preferably with Fork Lift Licence. Assist with packaging and using forklift in warehouse as and when required or during free time. Willing to do rotating shift work. Field work required. Need to do assist with delivery when urgency of goods when required Able to work longer hours (when required/necessary) and have the flexibility to work wee hours in morning, late evenings, holidays and weekends with prolonged period of standing (strictly off day on weekdays) Physically Fit. Able to withstand loading/unloading of bulky goods for extended period Must have knowledge to control storage room temperatures for fruits, vegetables and chilled/frozen items. Ability to assess truck volume allotment to accurately cubic a truck. * Knowledge of GPS equipment and knows Singapore road maps well.
