Trust Administrator- Associate/ Senior Associate

Our client is a successful mid-sized professional services firm and is seeking a Trust administrator to join the team.





Some of the key responsibilities include.





Manage client portfolios, ensuring compliance, governance, and accurate financial records. Handle client onboarding which includes trust setup, KYC documents, and compliance forms for new clients. Keep client records updated, follow up on due diligence, and assist with bank account openings in line with compliance regulations Manage documentation, prepare resolutions, maintain organized files, and update corporate records. Handle invoices, track payments, assist with insurance, and support projects as needed.


To be eligible for this role you will require:





A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Trust or Corporate services. Detail-oriented, manage records accurately, analyze data effectively, and write clear reports. Ability to build strong client relationships, handle pressure calmly, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with accuracy.
