Your field of responsibility

As a part of role, your responsibility includes:

  • Perform client and asset onboarding review, and support ongoing monitoring and review of the identified risk
  • Conduct close and continuous monitoring of regulatory updates and provide specialist advice to ensure the Business operates within acceptable risk tolerance and is beyond reproach at all times
  • Execute an effective Compliance monitoring programme, proactive identification of risk horizon and mitigation controls
  • Ensure timely reporting of regulatory breaches or breaches of risk tolerance to the Management
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate Compliance Directives; ensuring the highest standards of Business conduct and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Conduct Financial Crime investigations, ongoing monitoring, and timely reporting to the Authorities and to the Senior Management
  • Support the management of regulatory relationships.

Your skills and experience

To excel in this role, you should possess below:
  • University degree (preferably in law) is essential
  • 4 years of Compliance or Audit experience in client due diligence review, financial crime investigation and assurance reviews, and risk management, of which, preferably 2 years of industry related experience in Trust Compliance work
  • Meticulous, outstanding problem analysis and solving skills
  • Independent, reliable, and with a motivated can-do attitude!
  • Outstanding communication skills with proven ability to communicate optimally at all levels
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
