Start your career with Bank of Singapore Trustee as a Trust Relationship Manager. !

Trust Relationship Manager who will be responsible for the daily trust administration and trust client relationship management for a portfolio of trusts and/or companies structures.

Main duties:

  • Responsible for daily administration of trust and/or companies structures, including preparing letter of requests, preparing trust review packs for clients meeting, reviewing of letter of wishes, account opening, insurance transfer/purchases, property transfer/purchases etc, revocation, termination.
  • Responsible for drafting of appropriate trustee and company minutes and resolutions for structures under care.
  • Responsible for regulatory reporting for structures under care.
  • Review periodic reviews deck and transaction reports prepared for structures under care.
  • Interact and collaborate with private bankers, wealth planners and intermediaries on trust and/or company matters.
  • Manage the clients\' expectation and attend to clients\' trust matters promptly.
  • Attend client meetings independently for structures under care or with team head for complex structures.
  • Conduct regular trust review with the clients and address client queries independently.
  • Contribute efforts for ad hoc projects which are assigned by Management from time to time.
Qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of trust administration experience
  • Familiar with local governing trust laws and regulations; and standard AML policies and requirements by Financial Institutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to speak and articulate confidently.
  • Able to work with little supervision and has initiative to complete task independently.
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Eye for details and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player
  • STEP Diploma in International Trust Management or a WMI Certificate in Trust Services preferred.
