Job Description

:

This is a developmental role for candidates with management potential. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Finance Manager and Divisional Director. S/he will be supporting the Service\'s administration, operational needs, business development and corporate relations.

The role offers opportunities to gain a comprehensive view the Division\xe2\x80\x99s business and exposure to organizational wide projects. The role entails the following:

• Working with multi-disciplinary team for data collection and verification
• Compiling regular and ad-hoc reports for submission to Management and Government Agencies
• Performing data analytics to support Management decisions
• Preparing, monitoring and following up on new/expiring service agreements
• Developing new partnership opportunities through community outreach and public engagement
• Developing and providing content for marketing collaterals
• Being the POC for Corp Comms work including curating content for social media
• Procuring and deploying office and IT equipment
• Reviewing and enhancing operational SOPs in consultation with stakeholders
• Supporting Management Meetings
• Ad hoc projects including supporting SG Secure and Biz Safe initiatives

Key Competencies:

• Strong analytical, organisation, project management and presentation skills
• Meticulous, resourceful, self-driven and able to work independently and able to produce quality work within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to work with various stakeholders
• A proactive team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of social media and other digital platforms
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in any discipline
• 3 - 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience preferably with exposure in the Social Service Sector
• Outstanding fresh graduates or diploma holders may also be considered
