Join Our Team as a Home-Based Tuition Coordinator at Schtutors!

Schtutors Tuition Agency is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Home-Based Tuition Coordinators.

Enjoy the freedom of working from home while maintaining a steady pace. You'll have the flexibility to choose your hours, but we're looking for coordinators committed enough to handle around one assignment a day (about 20 - 30 per month).

Attractive Earnings:

Earn a commission of 50% per completed assignment. With most assignments offering an average of $100 in coordination fees, you could earn between $2,200 - $3,000 per month by simply closing one assignment a day. Our top coordinator can earn up to $10,000 per month!

Supportive Environment:

Work independently with the support of a kind and understanding supervisor. We believe in learning from mistakes, so there's no pressure if you're still getting the hang of things!

Your Role:

Connect with Parents:

Call parents to understand their tuition needs.

Find the Right Tutor:

Use our user-friendly in-house website to match parents with the perfect tutor from our database.

Manage the Process:

Follow up on payment status and provide excellent customer service as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Motivation & Commitment:

You should be self-driven and committed enough to handle at least one assignment per day (around 20 - 30 per month).

Experience:

Prior experience in coordinating tuition or a similar role is highly preferred. Stay-at-home parents with past experience in the education industry are especially suitable. A natural flair in communications will make the role more fulfilling and help you succeed. Training will be minimal and focused primarily on using our in-house system.

Personality:

Friendly, cheerful, and great with people. You should be comfortable using the internet and thrive with minimal supervision.

Availability:

Be flexible to pick up calls when an assignment starts, be available when customers return calls, and ensure you return calls promptly. The rest is up to you!

Qualification:

Minimum GCE 'A' level certificate or diploma equivalent.
