We are an established group of tutors specializing in enhancing Chinese Language proficiency in children\'s education. Our First Tuition Centre is located in Tampines and would like to recruit more teachers for our second outlet at Katong The Flow mall. We are keen to have a child-oriented team player to join us as
ASSISANT TEACHER/TEACHER. We have experienced and skilled teachers that will train someone with the right attribute and attitude, should they wish to progress with us. This person should have good interpersonal skills, someone who is organized, loves the Chinese language and is always looking for learning opportunities. Shift 1pm to 9pm or 1230pm to 830pm Sat: 8am to 6pm Sun: Off Level/Salary Range $2200-$3500 (Profit - sharing, salary will increase when taking more lessons/students) JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

• General teaching duties in the tuition center (teaching, assigning and marking of homework)
• Closely monitor the progress of students to give regular progress reports to the parents
• Familiarise yourself with the current chinese syllabus
• Our trainings will be provided by senior teachers

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS

• Minimally a distinction in GCE O Level Chinese with Proficient Chinese Language Skills
• Major/ Degree in Chinese Studies or any other relevant Chinese Qualifications are preferred

CORE COMPETENCIES

• Those with teaching experience in training and educational center or institution will have the added advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) Quizlet, Kahoot, Wordwall (Should preferably know how to type Chinese characters and Han Yu Pin Yin)
• Familiar with or keen to learn the use of virtual training tools like Zoom, Webex, MS Team etc

• Willing to work on shifts/evenings/Saturday (Sunday Off)
• Salary is commensurate with experience and responsibilities
• Keen to learn with good initiative, meticulous, good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Patience and love for the children
