Job Description

Working Hours:

A full 5-day work week up to 44 working hours with 2 consecutive off days on weekdays. Weekdays: 12pm-6pm Saturday: 9am-6pm

Lesson Planning & Curriculum Development:

Design unit and lesson plans that align with AEIS and PSLEstandards.

Instruction & Delivery:

Deliver engaging, clear, and effective lessons to students with diverse learning styles and abilities.

Classroom Management:

Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment. Enforce school rules and behavioral expectations.

Assessment & Grading:

Create quizzes, tests, projects, and exams. Evaluate student work, provide meaningful feedback, and assign grades.

Differentiation:

Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students, including those with learning disabilities, English language learners, and gifted students.

Communication:

Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and achievements (via emails, phone calls, parent-teacher conferences, and report cards).

Administrative Tasks:

Complete necessary paperwork, including attendance records, gradebook maintenance, and incident reports.

Requirement

At least 1 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in a structured or enrichment setting Min. Bachelor's degree Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learner profiles and engage students effectively Willingness to work evenings and weekends Ability to teach both English and Math subjects is a strong advantage Love and enjoy working with children Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
